2016 ArSCA & ADE School Counselor Conference is July 18-20, 2016 at the Hot Springs Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A. The theme is “CONNECT.”
At the conference, attendees obtain pertinent information and professional development hours for school counselors. ArSCA is partnered with Lindenwood University to offer the opportunity to connect and obtain graduate hour credit. ArSCA and each ArSCA Region conduct business meetings. ARSCA Members elect officers and vote on any by-laws revision and other pertinent information. School counselors are recognized for special honors. Vendors are available to purchase items for your counseling program and personal use.

Through the website below, you will be able to book, modify and cancel your hotel reservation and receive updated information about the event. To maneuver the website, click on the link. Choose ‘Attendee’ on the drop down menu. Select check in date, check out date, number rooms, and number guest per room; then click find a room. Room options will be available. Exhibit Space Terms and Conditions
Hot Springs Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A will be the heart for all major conference activities. The exhibit booths will surround the walls of this room. Exhibit Hall A is the location of Registration, General Sessions, Silent Auction, Keynote Speakers and luncheons.
Exhibitor understands and agrees that the exhibit space will be assigned at the sole discretion of ArSCA. Priority space will be assigned on a first-come, first-paid, basis.
A basic space includes: 10’ X 10’ space, 8’ table and 2 chairs, Pipe and Drape & 1 line sign, meal tickets for Monday lunch and Tuesday lunch. An electrical outlet may be added for an additional fee. Please indicate if electricity is needed at time of order.
Exhibitor must provide own equipment and any electrical cords. Please indicate on exhibit application form if you require electrical outlet. A basic exhibit space is $250. A basic exhibit space with electric drop is $300.
A person or organization may wish to provide a monetary donation to sponsor our conference. Sponsorship descriptions are listed on the Exhibitor Application Form. Sponsorship or monetary donation option is included in the application form.
Lindenwood University
Lindenwood University offers individuals the opportunity to earn one graduate credit through the participation in professional conferences and the development of a Conference Action Plan. The cost is $60 for 1 graduate credit hour. The conference action plan and information is in the file at the bottom of this page. Information will be available at the conference registration booth.
Helpful Conference Tips
Registration is in Exhibit Hall A. Registration packet will include receipt, name badge & barcode, program and other information.
Name badge must be worn for all sessions. Registration Barcode should be placed with name badge.
Scanning: Barcode must be scanned entering and leaving all sessions to document professional development.
Dress comfortably. Some rooms may be cold; some may be warm. Highly recommend bring a jacket or lightweight blanket.
Coffee Station is in the Exhibit Hall A on Monday & Tuesday. On Wednesday it will be in hallway by water station.
Water Stations are in Exhibit Hall A and hallway by session rooms.
